Hi guys and Gals.
I'm new to the premium feature of this app. After flowers of dipping in and out of fitness and trying to keep up the momentum amidst the lockdown. I'm finally getting back on track.
How are you all getting on with your fitness and nutritional planning and goals?
I'm trying to adapt my meal planning towards eating the right things that will help me become leaner, coupled with strength training. Of those of you with similar goals... what have you noticed best meets these goal plans ?
