I have four boys so my stomach is definitely not in the best shape! Before children I gained 100% in my thighs, hips and butt, but after children I carry a lot of weight in my stomach instead3

I am also trying to lose quite a bit of weight, I’ve had 3 kids (10,8,5 now) and I’ve ate myself up to a very unhealthy weight for my height(5’2.5”). Four years ago I was in the same boat as I am right now and I lost 60 pounds, got down to 123lbs. I’ve had a rough couple years. Now I’m back at it again after gaining it all back and then some. My belly is very saggy and I’m very much an apple shape. My stomach is the last place that I lose too. Goodbye boobs :-(
I was 190lb 20 days ago. This morning I weighed 177. I love running/cardio but I struggle with strength. I get bored(I always loose count) and it’s so much harder for me. This has always been a struggle for me. I’d love to have more support(currently have 1 friend) and cheer someone else along as well!2 -
I know exactly how you ladies feel! I am here to support you and hopefully, we will support each other. Please share any feedback, tips, and tricks you have with us and your daily or weekly logs. What plan are your two on? I'm on day 3 of Jillian Michaels 30 day
Shred. The program always gets me back in shape and builds muscles, strengthens my core, and raises my stamina to be able to do more rigorous workouts! I always substitute any AB workouts in any program with diastasis recti ab strengthening moves which are amazing for poofy and saggy bellies! My child is around 6 years old...so I'm starting later but better now then never lol! It's never too late and we as mom deserve to feel good, beautiful, and strong inside and out! My tips are to weight/strength train and hiit cardio more than basic aerobic cardio as that will aid in being ”skinny fat” with even more lose and saggy skin. We need to build as muchbmuscle to tighten and pull in our skin. Try cardio once or twice a week and the other days. ..other then your rest days go back and forth with hiit workouts and weighted full-body strengthening workouts. Protein shakes helps. I workout early in the morning now for my little wakes up or I will never have a chance to do it cause he won't let me. He's clingy to the hip aha. Good luck! 💛💪✨🙌 we will do this!1 -
I have had 4 children and I struggle with losing weight and stress eating! I have gotten myself to a put of control bot healthy weight for my height and age. My belly, butt, and thighs ate my weight gain zones! Although I am not at my highest which was 271 lbs, I am still not out of the 200s yet. I am open to any tips or ideas you ladies may have!2

Hello brwnskin Try kickboxing workouts if you are just starting out its fun and doesn't feel like working out but it will build your strength and stamina up to workout longer and harder stick to a 10/15/or 20 min workout every day until you can work out longer but 15mins is something easy to stick to. my cheat/rest day is on Sunday. Go by what makes your body gain weight. For me, it's carbs, bread, rice, junk, sweets fry food. You can have that in moderation and a smaller portion with healthier alternative less oil, sugar and season on your cheat day....I get up a little earlier before my kids so that I won't miss my workout I use it to pray and meditate as I also stress eat. It changes and uplifts my mood. I'm here for you!1
