edited February 2 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
So I recently started school, typical HS life, walk here sit for 90 mins walk there... However my backpack weighs 44.3lbs :S I also have weight training (school offered elective) I do my best here and try at it (unlike most there) how many calories should I be eating? I consider myself sedentary as I am only walking for about 2-5 mins between classes. And weight training burns next to nothing so I don't even bother trying to count it. I'm 5'11 141lbs (male) if you did not know :P

at 5ft11 and 141lbs i would make the most of your weight training to put some muscle on, so eat EVERYTHING!

That would simply equate to 36% increase in body fat levels. Perhaps you misunderstood my question, or I misworded it... I am not looking to gain weight. Tried it in the past, just don't have the testosterone levels. Plus worked me bum off trying to get down to where I am. Not going back, nope not gonna happen. Anywhoosers, I was just wondering where do you think my caloric goal SHOULD be? Where should I set it? Of course I'll go back to the scale every week to 2 weeks to see what changes are being made and recalibrate (lol) accordingly

not if you were following a proper lifting programme and eating the correct macros...

MFP calculates calories, put your stats in and it will give you a calorie goal to lose, maintain or gain.
