It is difficult to exercise because I am a quadriplegic but I do have some arm movement. Can anyone give me helpful suggestions on how to lose my belly fat? Can I eat certain foods to lose my waistline of fat? I am 55 and want to keep my girlish figure....smiling. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated... thank you.

I'm in a wheelchair from an accident, though not paralyzed, you're good to go though because most of diet comes from food choices, I lost 20 pounds with no exercise, just use this app and you'll be good.5

Try YouTube-ing "quadriplegic workouts"

If possible, perhaps chat with an occupational therapist (OT) or physiotherapist (PT) about moves you can do or adaptive devices to help (some if which can often be rented).1
