Anyone tried JSTJodie's SEMTEX?
supposedly it is a fat burner
It's made of:

Cocoa
Guarana
Brazilian cocoa extract
Cayenne extract
Green Tea extract
Niacin
Guarana extract
Acetyl L-Carntine
Bioperine

    II tried them before finding MFP. They dont work and made me feel very ill - save your money:embarassed:

    Well, I know that Guarana and green tea have weight loss capabilities but I think it may just be the caffeine in the pills that are getting people such great results because it's keeping them awake during intense work outs
