I am addicted to Quaker Rice Cake Snacks - Caramel flavor for a quick, low calorie fix for my sweet tooth. Does anyone have any recipes to make rice cakes or rice snacks at home? I'm breaking my snack budget purchasing them!

This site explains why, sadly, it may be impossible to re-create them at home.

Everyone's gotta have their little snack they enjoy. Yes, these rice cakes are probably considered empty calories, but as long as you enjoy in moderation its just fine. I would buy them at a wholesale club in bulk. They may sell a large box in a variety pack with individually wrapped bags.
