Needing more encouragement!

Good morning,

I am almost to the end of my first month of this weight loss journey and daily tracking. There have definitely been some difficult days where I just want some cakeeeee!!!! I have worked hard to remain focused and determined. Only passing my daily calorie goal once so far. I know I have a long road ahead and sometimes I do feel discouraged. I am looking to gain more friends on here so that we can encourage one another as we continue towards a goal of healthier selves!

As your new friend, I promise to encourage you along the way and possibly annoy you with my daily status posts haha.

    What is your goal? I've passed my goal by a little everyday for 2 weeks and I'm still losing. My deficit is 700 so I can do that. Have some cake, fit it into your day. Especially during quarantine, there is little we can enjoy.

    I get those cravings all the time as well.
    The first couple months are the hardest because of withdrawal.
    A tip someone gave me was to not drink my calories, so even orange juice can set you back if you drink to much of it, drink lots of water instead. 😊
