Hello Everyone

Hi I am from Australia. I love to go to the gym and bike ride when possible with my hubby. I find this site very helpful and easy to use. Portion control is my downfall. I keep on track for a while then at times eat more than I should. Then I feel guilty for doing it. I have lost 9 kilos and need to lose at least another 5. I need a lot of motivation to get to my target. I know I will eventually do it.
