What to insert on My Fitness Pal

Hi folks, when I am at work, I have my dinner made for me at a canteen. When I go to do my daily check in and insert my dinner, how am i supposed to know what to insert? I don't know who the make of the food is? for example i had Mince beef and onion pie, do i just search that and insert it into my daily intake? the calories could be well out ?? hope this sort of makes sense..............

    Yep take a educated guess air on the side of caution and go high or on the other had take your own lunch that you prepared if all your other logging is good 1 meal per however often you work shouldn't throw you out too much but I would choose to take my own so I could be more accurate but that's me
