back again!!

Hi everyone
I have been on here a few times, however life means I am back here again. Today I started my 365 day journey. Yesterday I turned 31. I have set myself a target to get myself to a weight that allows me to go skydiving for my 32nd birthday. It is certainly do-able. I just need to stay focused. Lockdown has not been kind and in the 7ish weeks we have been locked down, I have gained a stone. However I bought myself a decent fitness watch and I am raring to go. I did laps of my garden today to hit 10000 steps as well as some cardio.
I have a substantial amount to lose, however even losing 2lb a week most weeks, would mean I can hit my goal!!!
I am also considering starting a blog of some kind about my journey as another means of keeping me on track. Has anyone ever done one before and if so, any tips?
