Restaurant doesn't have nutritional info

We are ordering in Mexican tonight and my local restaurant (La Casita) doesn't have nutritional information available for the dish I want to order. I'm planning on ordering Arroz Con Pollo but everywhere else I've ordered it from historically makes it different and it's mostly chicken and rice without the zucchini and squash. I don't know how to approximate the nutrition for this dish. Any suggestions? MFP and other programs do not have this information available either.

    Try to find a similar dish, or try to calculate by breaking down the ingredients. And, to be on the safe side go with a higher calorie total.
