Does anyone else look at take out or fast food as an EXPERIENCE? Yeah it’s convenient, but that’s not the primary reason I go. I go to try something different. Food is like an escape for me. To make matters worse, I have a flexible job that keeps me on the road. I can stop anywhere, anytime. I find that packing snacks for the road only intensifies my need to binge when I get home. Cooking healthy new meals is a must every weekend, but during the work week... 😬 What can I do?! Help me, STOP me. Background on me: I am big on experiences. I would do something exciting and new everyday if I had the time and means. (It’s a character flaw)

You can try new and exciting recipes at home. Be adventurous with your home cooked meals and expand your cooking skills.0

Yes! Defiantly do that every weekend. But as a working mom I’m not finding the time during the week.0

entering mcdonald’s in singapore these days is like entering fort knox. you have to scan a qr code to enter, fill in your identification details and then when you exit, you have to do the same, which makes no sense because they don’t allow people to dine in any longer so we are only in there for a short while. going to maccers is an experience i’m going to forego for now 😨1

I look at eating at a new restaurant as an experience. Take out and fast food don’t have the same feel for me. If you have to eat out, try lower calorie options. Maybe start small and just commit to making a lunch 3 days a week. I meal prep to help my mornings go smoother. There are lots of fun things you can make that may feel like an experience. I love making pretty fruit bowls.0

I put my purse in the trunk so I don't have a way to pay when I go through the drive-thru. For some weird reason, it seems like too much hassle to stop and get the purse out of the trunk.
I would choose the pre-packed snacks over getting the purse out of the trunk. I don't know why it works, but it does!4
