Since gyms are closed i fell off track my routine got disrupted now after 2 months of no workout its a challenge to again start eating healthy and workout from home. I try one day working out from home and eat healthy then get off track for 4 to 5 days. I hate working out from home but trying its a big challenge for me. I gained 12 pounds but now i really want my old healthy routine back feeling fit and healthy and strong. Ohhhh i miss those days 😞
