Connecting to Polar Flow

Hi there I’ve just started and want to connect to my Polar M200 watch so it logs my exercise. But it seems that all it does is allow me access to my Polar account through MyFitnessPal but doesn’t register the fitness I’ve done. I’ve connected to my Strava account no problem. Is it just one device allowed on MyFitnessPal accounts? Cheers Simon
