On and Off with Fitness Like Ross and Rachel

Hoping to find some people in the same boat, so bear with me.

I’m from NYC. Been in quarantine for two months. Overall, I’ve been doing pretty well. My abs are finally showing again since I started the quarantine shred I created for myself back in March.

Here’s the problem: I should have reached my final goal by now. The reason I didn’t is because I self-sabotage sometimes.

I allow myself one cheat day a week. Gives me something to look forward to, but about two weeks ago, it turned into like a 9 day binge in 14 days. Quarantine will do that to you.

Looking for people who can keep me motivated, or even better, need motivation. I’m pretty good at staying motivated by motivating others. If you think that’s you, feel free to add me.
