Lose weight by being in a caloric deficit on average.
Build muscle by generating enough stimulus to achieve MPS in the right conditions for you as a individual.
If you are untrained, just about any program or activity will help you achieve your goal for a short period.
Program should be determined by your goals, access to equipment, and time available that you will adhere to.5 -
Hard to give workout plans when people don't know what equipment you have access to. Are you planning to work out from home, or go to a gym? Do you want bodyweight workouts, or barbell workouts, or something else?0
