Looking for some advice and workouts to help lose my baby weight and get back to building muscle.

    Lose weight by being in a caloric deficit on average.

    Build muscle by generating enough stimulus to achieve MPS in the right conditions for you as a individual.

    If you are untrained, just about any program or activity will help you achieve your goal for a short period.

    Program should be determined by your goals, access to equipment, and time available that you will adhere to.

    Hard to give workout plans when people don't know what equipment you have access to. Are you planning to work out from home, or go to a gym? Do you want bodyweight workouts, or barbell workouts, or something else?
