Pulled Muscle

I was completing a workout and felt something pop/pull in my lower right side of my stomach. Only slightly painful but I can’t do much of anything strenuous. Any ideas on how to heal faster and get back to work?

    See a doctor? Could be a hernia that requires surgery.

    I wouldn't ask the internet about a potential injury that could affect my health. See a professional.

    Yeah I agree with you but hopefully it’s nothing serious. I’ll look into getting it checked out!!

    Most "injuries" reside on their own in a matter of a few weeks. If things do not get progressively better over that time or if it concerns you, I would seek medical attention.
