Hi , Ive been using the app steady for months now since I had found it. Getting ready for work one morning I realized I couldn't tie my boots and breathe at the same time and for some reason this was my "wake up call". I bought a scale thinking I was about 205 and found I was about 220! I set a what I thought to be an impossible goal of 195. Told myself I dont care how I get there or if what I do is healthy or not. Never used this community section before but here I am afew months later and by tomorrow morning I should reach my goal! Im proud of myself and finally found what works for me, of course looking in the mirror Im not satisfied so my new goal is 185, which I havent been since a teenager. So if anyone actually reads this dont friggin quit!
