Back, after going off the rails!

I am back at it! I weighed in today for the first time since the lockdown. I was doing so great. I was going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. I was meeting with a personal trainer twice a week. I had lost over 20 lbs. Then the gym closed, the stay at home order went into affect. I crashed and burned! I started eating junk food and candy bars. I started drinking large quantities of alcohol. I was a mess! I gained 6 lbs. But today, I turned the corner. I weighed in. I had a healthy breakfast. I have my food tracked. If you pray, would you mind remembering me to the Lord? I'll remember you too! Here's to new starts!

    6 lbs could easily be water weight and bloating. Just remember your goal and you can achieve it! Best of luck!
