Calories after marinating

I am curious on how to calculate calories after you marinate something, The reason I ask is that the meat will not absorb every drop of the marinade. Should I cut the calories in half from the marinade? What would be the calories on this simple recipe below? I would think the chicken might absorb a table spoon of the olive oil.

1/4 cup olive oil
clove of garlic
juice of half a lemon
tsp oregano
salt/pepper to taste
8 ounce boneless/skinless chicken breast grilled

Estimate to the best of your ability. It's not an exact science. Even with a food scale it is all about estimating when it comes to some things.

Good question! Now I'm curious too. :) Maybe measure the liquid before and after marinating and that'll give you a good estimate of what was absorbed?
