Hello, nice to meet you!

You all seem really cool!

I'm not exactly new to MFP, or to dieting/weight loss in general, but even so. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been at 15st (210lbs) and I really want to lose a third of that, to get down to a healthy BMI.

About me - I'm 32, in the UK, bit of a geek. Despite my recent weight gain I try to enjoy an active lifestyle - keen runner, swimmer, hiker, sometimes climber. But I struggle with depression a lot, which saps my motivation to actually do any of these things on a regular basis.

But, I can't continue the way I am. I'm on medication which appears to be keeping me relatively stable and I've climbed back on the fitness horse (metaphorically, at least. Horses aren't really my thing..). I need to get healthy, and establish core healthy habits for life. Hoping I can find some similar minded friends to help out along the way!
