I need advice

I'm a 19 yrs, 169 cm, 171.6 lbs female and overall I've lost around 20 lbs. For the past few weeks, I haven't been able to lose any. Also, I have OSFED (an eating disorder) and when I went into recovery I ended up gaining too much weight. Since I haven't been able to lose weight I've even started to pick up some old habits like weighing myself every day and swearing off certain foods (I don't eat meat now and I'm considering cutting out gluten). I know I should go see a therapist eventually, but considering quarantine I don't think that will happen any time soon. I just want some advice on how I can lose weight without slipping into old habits and maybe some answers to why I haven't been losing weight recently. Stay safe everyone!!

Therapists are now doing video sessions, so pick up the phone and call someone
Personally I dont think its appropriate to give someone advice on how to keep losing when they are struggling with slipping back into eating disorder habits
From one person with an eating disorder to another, I wouldnt want someone to give me advice on losing weight either when I was potentially slipping into anorexia from bulimia.
Just because the loss and restriction just further creates a problem.
My suggestion is to reach out to a therapist and start some video sessions with them6
