Loosing weight with a disability help

Since I last lost weight my health has deteriorated and my exercise is extremely limited to nearly nothing because I can’t cause trauma to my knees or wrists.
Does anyone have any exercises I could do sitting or lying down which may help me loose weight without aggravating those areas? I’ve had a baby to and am not going back to work where I was always active but just can’t now.
Thank you 😊

I would suggest talking to your physical therapist for exercise ideas. Swimming seems like it would be okay, I'm not a medical pro.
Weight loss is all about how many calories you eat in relationship to how many calories your body uses. It isn't necessary to exercise in order to lose weight.2
