Help !

I’ve been working out 5 days a week - running and weights for 3 weeks now and I have only lost 1.5 pounds. I’m also tracking all my meals and I am always under my calories- what else can I do? I’m getting frustrated - any advise ? It’s getting depressing

    Hi. Think of it like this... if you worked out 15 times and burned an extra 350 calories per workout- you burned exactly enough to lose 1.5 lbs.
    On the nutrition side, you don’t mention how much below maintenance you’re at. But likely you should be losing a little faster and will start to soon.
    Give it a little more time and see what happens.
    Working out 5times per week is making you healthier. Being below goal is excellent. You’ll get there!!

    Running and weight training can cause water retention, especially when you're not used to it. Aside from that, we need more info on your goals and stats to give more precise advice.
