Does anyone know if you can save cooked oatmeal for later, or should leftovers be tossed?

I've saved it in the fridge for a few days. It can get a bit gummy in texture, but I just add more liquid before reheating.0

You can save it and reheat it. Since it takes awhile to cook, I usually make 4 portions, and refrigerate the leftovers so I have it ready to microwave and go. Saves time during the work week.0

I normally cook a big pot for a few days and measure out a cup each time so I would say it's okay I never had a problem with it!!0
