I’m not easily motivated, but I really wanna lose weight. So looking for recommendations when it comes to weight loss exercises you’ve had success with (especially those of you with pcos) and also what’s your go to healthy meal?!

    I recommend you to do cardio on mornings coz you will burn fat directly coz you didnt eat enything that day
