Well, I turn 69 next week. I am up to a whopping 220 lbs. the good news is that I have always loved exercise of all kinds. I have good muscle memory and starting up again this week I know my body will respond. A healthy diet and good exercise will get me where I want to go. Heading to 180 lbs. I plan to lose at least 3 lbs per week. Today is day one!

I am on day one also, have to lose approx. 140 lbs. Right now exercise is next to impossible but will be doing stationary bike daily and moving my time up as I can and keeping under my calories.
I am 55 and unable to even do steps.
