Defeating disorders

Hi everyone!! I never put this stuff out there but I figure if my story can help some one then why not?! I have been bulimic from the age of about 14 until now (26). I stopped actively binging and purging at around the age of 21. I hated the way I looked and felt and used a lot of alcohol to cover emotions. I always wanted to be that “skinny” girl. I always felt bigger than all my friends (which I wasn’t) and made myself believe I was wayyyyy bigger than I was. I recently, in the past couple years, channeled all my energy into working out and it has helped so much. I am not trying to gain muscle and try and eat the right things. I know it’s hard to put yourself out there and talk about eating disorders. But just know I can absolutely relate!! I have had two kids my youngest is only 1 1/2 and I feel great!! This app helps me stay on track, feel in control and try awesome work outs. I’m a work in progress but I’m getting there!! suhptfihnxil.jpeg

Hello! I can relate to you 100%! You look great!

Are you lifting heavy? Coupled with HIIT, it’s the best at leaning out.

I JUST started doing HIIT workouts recently!! I will absolutely start using weights not that they are starting to become “easy” for me. Thanks for the advice !!
