I am a 62 year old female who has logged for 180 days straight. I record everything I put in my mouth which is between 1500-1800 calories per day. My Apple Watch records my exercise calories each day which is between 250-350 due to a walk or strength training exercise. At the end of most days my watch says I have burned between 750-900 calories per day. I have lost and gained the same 3 pounds since I started using mfp. What am I doing wrong? I feel satisfied with my meals and know they are balanced. Occasionally I will have sugar via wine or a cookie. That should not disrupt my weight loss effort should it? I need help.
