I am a daily weigher, but I like to see the fluctuations in the scale. I feel like I better understand how working out and eating affects it day to day and throughout the day. Like overnight I gained 1.5 lbs. All water because I had a lot of sodium the day before. I know I lose a FULL POUND of water during 30 mins of cardio. It’s interesting to me to see how it moves because of things like that. If it’s making you crazy, but you have to do it just once in the morning should be enough to satisfy the itch.0
