I tried this under the recipe thread, no response so I thought I'd try here!

Bourbon lemonade: 2 oz bourbon, 1.5 oz pure lemon juice...aka not from concentrate. Shredded fresh ginger (if you're fancy), and ice (if you want it).2

Midori Splash = 1 to 2 oz Midori Melon Liquor (depends on how melon-y you want it) + 6 oz Sprite Zero.
Very refreshing on a hot day. Goes well with fruit and sorbet.2 -
Great reference to monitor those calories this summer1

I usually go for wine. If I want lower calorie I have... less wine.0

Rye and diet all the way....😂
Sometimes I’ll mix it up and do vodka with orange perrier sparkling water and a splash of orange juice.1 -

This. Especially if I'm looking for something to give me a bit of a buzz. Wine packs a better punch for the amount/cal. than almost any other drink (for me).
It only takes 5 - 8 oz of red wine to give me a buzz (mild), but takes several shots of hard liquor to do the same (and they aren't usually as tasty).0 -
Over the 3 day weekend, I drank my homemade lemonade (recipe above, I use pure stevia instead of sugar) and strawberry-infused vodka (and a few shots here n there of other liquor) and was careful with all the bad yummy food - I only gained .4 lbs! Yay!!!
Much better than previous years of this 3 day weekend!!!
