Not sure where to start but here goes.

New Zealand is just coming out of level four lock down and hopefully we will be in level one. In level two I can now go shopping for fresh fruit and vegetables. Don't know what I would have without my clump of spinach growing in my garden. Any way I despirately need a pal to help me on my journey . I have shed 14 kilos and have another 20 kilos to go (about 44 lbs).
Shedding my weight will help me to my goal: to manage pain and become motivated. Got hit head on in my car and experienced many damages to my body. Enough said about that. Any one out there for me?
