So i came across this site on accident. It was attached to a pin i found on pinterest.. it was someone pinning a motivational picture of their success. A before and after picture. IT made me curious to look and read more about others stories and what they do. My problem has always been when the going gets hard i quit. When i hit my plateau i quit and eat. So im trying this time as many outlets as i can find. People who want to chat and talk bout what they did today to what new foods they are eating. I find a community so willing to support each other as friends and strangers is an approach ive never tried. So i am here today for my frist steps and hoping to in a year from now have a goal reached like so many i see here.
So lets begin!
