Visceral Fats fluctuate.

Hi all.
I am 50 yrs old, 1.77m, 86kg today.
In December 2017, I was 104 kg.
Just last month, I got a fat measurement machine and started to chart my fat percentage.
I am happy to see my fat percentage drops, but one thing I could not understand is, how come my visceral fat fluctuates up's and down's, from 18 to 16, maintaining for few days, dip to 15, and to 14, but bounce back to 16!!!! What is going on?
I maintain my daily calories to be below 1300, and exercise daily.
Does anyone have similar experience or knowledge in this area?

If you mean one of those body impedance measurement devices, they are notoriously inaccurate. Especially if it's a bathroom scale. Don't worry about day to day fluctuations, it's not accurate enough for that. The best your can use it for is looking at a trend over a relatively longer period of time (say month to month).7

As was said above, BI analyzers are not accurate. But the thing that jumped out at me is you are a man and only eating 1300 calories. That is below the nutritional minimum of 1500 for men's health. You are putting yourself in a situation that could have some pretty bad consequences. And you say you are doing exercise daily. Are you eating back exercise calories?
You don't have a lot to lose and you are taking a far too aggressive approach.5
