Ok, so I’ve lost 8.8 pounds and I’ve stayed in my calorie range every day. Well I weighed today and I gained 1.4. I’m so aggravated because I passed up on my uncles grilled hamburgers and fresh cut fries and everything last night only to go ahead and gain weight! LOL so aggravated!

Water weight. Don't freak out.
Our body holds different amounts of water every day for different reasons - new exercise, menstruation, ovulation, sunburn or injuries, travel, more sodium or carbs than usual - the list goes on. You won't go up 1.4 pounds over night with body fat. Only water weight swings like that.3
