How do I get exercise in every day?? :(

While I don't disagree on the weights idea, my suggestion would be to do something relaxation based, such as Pilates or yoga. I don't workout every day, but try to hit my gym 2-3 days per week, as well as some other exercise/activity in on the remaining days. I'd say on average, I get true exercise in 4-5 days per week. Stats - work 40 hours per week at my job, put another 5-10 hours per week in at my church (various committees, VBS/Sunday School), volunteer periodically at my local theatre (those week add an additional 10-20 hours in away from home), and have a 5 year old that keeps me on my toes.
And be creative - park a little farther away when you run your errands/go to school/go to work, or if places are near your home/school/work, walk there.
I used to think that too - how am I going to have time? You make the time if it's important to you. We all make choices - do I stay home and do dishes, or go out with my friends? Make that girl time into some exercise as well. It doesn't have to be going to a gym either. Go to an amusement park. Go for a bike ride. Go horseback riding. Just incorporate some activity in with friends and it won't feel like a workout!0
