Fitbit steps calorie adjustment

Does this seem like an accurate calorie loss for my steps that day? I am trying to understand how the calories lost according to my Fitbit make sense. Thank you!

Without knowing anything about you or what your activity level on MFP is, it's hard to tell. For me, that would be a huge adjustment for 6,003 steps.1

I generally find that MFP's calorie adjustments seem wildly generous, even Fitbit itself doesn't grant so many calories for those kinds of steps.0

Is your FitBit synced to My Fitness Pal (MFP)? Calorie adjustments should compare the activity level you signed up for with MFP against your actual activity.
Syncing can be glitchy sometimes. Try diconnecting and reconnecting.

I use an Apple Watch. My activity level is sendentary. If I walk about 10,000 steps a day I get about 160 or so calorie adjustment.
Not sure for you personally but I figured a comparison might help.0
