Hi back in the swing

Hey, thank you for reading my post. After a back injury and a new baby that doesn’t sleep I found myself in bad habits and had let myself slip 40lbs. Trust me when sleep deprivation kicks in you don’t notice it. So back is better I’m doing two Vega pro shakes a day and normal dinner since end of March. My exercise right now is Beachbody 21 day yoga retreat in the early morning then P90 in the late morning or afternoon depending on when baby boy naps plus anywhere from 10-15k steps a day. It’s been great so far, I feel physically great and no problems with wanting to cheat. I’m down 9.5 lbs and counting. Just enjoying feeling good for a change
