Almost 2 years now (June 4, 2018) since I started looking after myself better. I came from 255 lbs to 188 this morning. Gained some muscle along the way doing weights. It's been bumpy ride and it surely does not get easier with age. There is always something to knock you off the wagon, (birthdays, Christmas, holidays and on and on) just need to get back on the wagon. Feeling pretty good now and able to enjoy thing I would not have been able to do 2 years ago.
