Hi everyone! My name is Mini_Chonk. This is my first time using My Fitness Pal, and I’m hoping to find encouragement and advice. I am a 5’4” female who recently lost 10-15 pounds. I’m currently an essential worker for Chick-fil-A, and I’ve been struggling to not gain all the weight back through stress eating. Are there any other essential workers who have advice on how to stay healthy through this?
