Coronavirus and eating habits

So I started this a couple of weeks ago. I was doing really good then I got sick with this virus. It has really thrown me back a lot. Appetite has not been good. I’m still trying to do my smoothies. Need to get over this so I can get on with this.

    Hang in there! I was sick on and off for 8 weeks, and some days it was a battle...make your health your priority. Focus on eating healthy to get better, not to lose weight. This will be here when you’re well again. :) I hope you get well quickly!

    I agree with what others are saying. Go for nutrition first . Try fresh juices if possible or smoothies. Pack as much nutrition in as possible.
