Healthy BMI - again!

Finally hit a BMI under 25 this morning!

It’s not been easy, I have to force myself to do my 30 mins of daily exercise, which does help with the sleep though, I try and log everything, but I’m not militant about it, at a certain point the scales had been stalling for three weeks, making it hard to stay motivated, I’m not the most exemplary “weight-looser”, but it’s a huge relief having met one of my targets today, a healthy range BMI!
