Hey everyone, I'm new here. Just really want to get in shape without starving myself 😫 because I really love food πŸ²πŸ˜‹ but want to eat more consciously and just be more mindful of my health in general. I've tried all sorts of diets from vegan, to keto, even the cereal diet! πŸ˜’ and most recently I've been eating more paleo style. However, I'm now choosing to just eat what I like but with incorporating more natural foods like veg and fruit. If anyone has any great soup recipes and/or Mediterranean style recipes please do share! As far as exercise goes, I'm not a gym person. I like piyo, love yoga, walking, swimming, but during this quarentine I have been using an exercise bike which has actually really been effective in my tummy region! Anyways, I live in London and once the world goes back to semi normal, would like to find a fitness buddy or group, so if you know of any or are a part of any or are looking for a fitness buddy yourself to go walking/running/swimming with, PM me :)
