Hey everyone! I've been half assing with this app for a while. But, im ready now to get in gear. I'm looking to tone my body, get some muscle without losing my curves, and just be as healthy as I can! I'm a hiker, that's mainly how I get my exercise.
I'm also try to stabilize my eating. The only meat I eat is fish, so I've struggling with eating a lot of carbs. So, yeah! Lets get this going!
