My question is I wonder how long the body will take to adjust ... I'm sure a gain in going to happen .. has anyone else had any luck to start losing again ?

You will lose fat weight if you are in a calorie deficit. You may see an uptick on the scale in water weight but water weight always comes and goes anyway.5

Put your stats into MFP, decide what rate of loss you want, and follow the calorie goal given. If you are accurate in your logging then you should lose weight. Adding carbs back probably will have an initial effect of weight gain since the carbs will lead to some water storage, but that isn't fat. Give it a month, and then adjust your calories as needed.5

I lost 80 pounds and never did Keto or Atkins. Just plain old simple calorie counting with a focus on balanced macros and good nutrition.
And an hour walk nearly every day.3 -
That's amazing.. that's exactly what I have lost.0
