    feel free to add me as a friend. i am a mom of a 7 and almost 10 year old. i have hashimoto's (with hypothyroid) which makes losing weight SOOO hard. well at least it feels like it. :smiley:

    i've been working on myself since dec 2019 and have lost just shy of 25 pounds. it is a slow go for me and i am trying to make changes that are sustainable but also allow for treats (like the chickfila i had for lunch yesterday) :)
