Stretched tendon in thigh/hip area. Looking for workout alternatives.

Hi, guys. I recently stretched a tendon around the thigh/hip area and the doctor said to not exercise for a while until it`s better. I don`t feel pain anymore, still I don`t want to risk doing my regular workouts. But I`d still like to get some exercise in. Any ideas what types of exercises I could do that wouldn`t strain my lower body, but still be a decent workout?
