Help with Fitbit

Hey, I’m new to syncing my Fitbit to the app. For some reason when I add in an exercise (biking) it will take away calories I already have burned from walking. So before biking I burned around 200 calories. I went for a bike workout and burned 500. However when I added the bike workout into the fitness pal it took away my daily calories burned through my steps. Any ideas?

Coz you double counting.. if your Fitbit have hr on it.. it should pick up the cal burn already ...not just from the steps..1 -
I would choose one method of tracking workouts and go with that -- not flip back and forth, which can cause the type of issues that you're seeing. If you've decided to use the Fitbit, stick with the Fitbit.0
