Looking for people in a similar situation

Hey all,
I am Nawal from Vancouver. I am back here again to lose 20 pounds. My weight is 165 pounds and I'm 5"4. I've been struggling in the last years to get back to my prepregnancy weight. My youngest is 8 years old now, and although I exercise 4 times a week and watch what I eat, my body is just so stubborn and always wants to keep the fat on. I suspect that my metabolism is too slow but I'm not sure what I can do about that. I like HIIT workouts like kickboxing, I play tennis, and run.
Anybody in the same situation?

Your exercise sounds solid. Have you consulted with a physician to rule out any underlying condition?1

I saw a Naturopath who did a bunch of blood tests to check hormone level, blood sugar, Thyroid...and everything is normal0
