My Journey from 24. 5’9 180lbs

Hey everyone, I’m 5’9 24 years old, I started my journey at 180 LBS and I am at 164, 5 weeks later.
My Changes
- Only drink water or low sugar Coffee.
- I did 16/8 fasting for the first 3 weeks.
- I Don’t cook with high Salt / Sodium
- I Workout 1-2 muscles a day ( 3-4 exercices of 3 sets )
- Making sure I hit my protein Goal while in deficit Calories
My calorie intake was at an average of 1300 a day. Most of my food is low fat meats , chicken , veggies, egg whites and protein shakes. I still had 2-3 cheeseburgers at mcdonalds in the last weeks lol.
I’ve lost my water weight and burned a good ammount of fat. I think it’s time to put on more muscle and raise my calories to 1600-1800. I feel alot lighter and working out feels easier!!!
